Thirty-five years since they last performed there as an opening act, Daryl Hall and John Oates returned to the Troubadour in May of 2008 to find the legendary Los Angeles club nearly unchanged. The same can’t be said for the fourth-biggest act of the ’80s (after Michael Jackson, Madonna, and Prince), and the best-selling duo ever. For two nights, they delighted fans with a nonstop barrage of unforgettable hits, all of which are included on this sensational two-hour concert. Now you can experience this sold-out, $200-ticket show in your own living room. Two-hour concert taped in front of a wildly enthusiastic audience, and featuring 19 songs, including all of their biggest hits. Features a fan-pleasing mix of classics such as “Private Eyes,” “Maneater,” “Kiss On My List,” “Sara Smile,” “She’s Gone,” “Rich Girl,” “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do),” “Family Man,” and “You Make My Dreams,” along with deep cuts and fan favorites. Six songs never before available on a live release, including “Everything Your Heart Desires” and “When The Morning Comes.”

I’ve loved Hall and Oates music ever sense i was little. There songs are timeless and express the true meaning of love and lif. That will always withstand the test of time.
I really wish that music cds would use something like blu-ray tech so i dont have to worry about my cds not playing because of minor problems cds have.

I’ve been a fan since the mid 70′s and these guys are a major part of the soundtrack my life – musical geniuses. Plus I read various reviews of this concert and they were unanimous in their praise, so hence my ‘anticipated’ five stars ! But being a Brit I cant order this epic because its Region 1 only ! Why do this Mr/Mrs/Ms DVD publisher ? It simply encourages pirating in Region 2 and elsewhere. Come on guys – give your Brit fans a break with a similtaneous release in the UK ! Oh and keep up the excellent work. So – any US or Canadian fans, finish reading now and order the DVD !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hall and Oates finally make a great dvd and they don’t include Las Vegas Turnaround !! Great set list. They probably should have just done the entrire Abandonned Luncheonette album. Could have been 10 stars in they included LV Turnaround

Obviously haven’t seen the dvd as yet, but I was there and it was one of the best H&O concerts ever. I’ve travelled to NY, Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Toronto, Hamilton, Los Angeles….if I can get a flight, I’m there!
They are the BEST!
