I Want Those Buns
Looking for a workout that gives you the look you want in your jeans? I Want Those Buns was designed in an exercise science lab to find the best possible exercise for firming, toning, and shaping your buttocks. Focus on strengthening and firming your buttocks, toning and shaping, or do both routines for a complete workout. Get the buns you want today!
For those who want their left brain to get a workout along with their bodies, Tamilee Webb’s Science of Fitness series, including I Want That Body!, is are just what the personal trainer and professor ordered. Webb, an appealing and inspiring fitness instructor, includes scientific demonstrations conducted in a lab, showing how her exercises target each muscle group. This disc contains workouts for abs, arms, and buns, and each of those areas is divided into two 15-minute segments. If you’re just starting out, do just one segment each; if you really want to up your results, go for both. Webb is encouraging without being off-puttingly perky, and she has the presence of mind, while doing very challenging moves, to calmly remind us of the science behind working each particular muscle. A small complaint: For the arms routine, all she says is to use some free weights; we don’t know what size she’s using, and there aren’t different sizes for the different types of exercises, which can be a good modifier. But if you build in the option of lighter or heavier weights yourself, you should be able to proceed nicely. Extras include a quiz about common exercise forms, nutritional tips and different-angle shots of the routines. If you Want That Body, you better be prepared to work it, but Webb is an accessible leader and trainer and manages to inspire without being a cheerleader. –A.T. Hurley

i bought this based on reviews, and i did not like the poor quality of the DVD, which was patchy and skipped alot. The production value on this is low budget. Now, the workout is ok, somewhat advanced at times, but after doing the routine, i find the pizzazz of “Wanting That Body” to be way over the top, i mean, i do not want her body, its chunky and frumpy, and i guarantee you her butt will keep expanding…plus, she’s never had a kid, so i don’t feel she’s a rold model for me and my workout buddies who like to follow women like Leisa Hart who have had babies and still look good. Sorry Tamilee, I DO NOT WANT YOUR BODY.

This workout wasn’t for me. It’s too much like a typical gym-class workout for my taste, while I much prefer the style of the Pilates or “8 Minute Abs” dvd series. It’s all a matter of subjective tastes, like how some people who are more prude prefer the “New Free Sex” dvd over the more outrageous “New Sex Now” dvd, but in that case I prefer the sexier one, while in this case with the workouts, I want the less energized version offered by Pilates.

I was very excited after reading reviews on this DVD, however, once I received it I was very disappointed. It is extremely POOR QUALITY. The DVD hung and skipped numberous times, the picture isn’t clear, and all in all, it’s cheesy.
Don’t waste your money.

Tamilee has some good videos, but this one did not do it for me….she seems so fake, and the workouts were rather bland. i did not care for it at all….PLUS, I do not want my body to look as disproportionate as hers, it’s not something I aspire to achieve…..not worth it.

Technically, Tamilee knows her stuff, but honestly, your body will not end up looking like Tamilee’s body, just by doing this workout. “I Want that Body!” is marketing appeal to help sell this video.
