I’ve seen both ‘Top Sniper I’ and ‘Top Sniper II’ (as aired on the Military Channel) and they are first-class! When I first came across this DVD, I was surprised that Amazon hadn’t put in any information about it (!). So… I went searching and came up with the following:

this dvd is great, the military channel doesn’t mess around, this gives a lot of intel on weapons and tactics snipers use. I’ve watched it about a hundred times and I learn something new and cool every time.
