Elmo video is very entertaining for my 1yr old granddaughter.
Most of the time she makes it through the hour movie and she hasnt tired of it yet.

Many other reviewers already gave good reviews.
I want to emphasize that this DVD is among the best of all the Sesame Street DVDs.
The song production and animated skits are very good. Our 3yo son is entertained and actually educated on useful topics. Not boring to me when I watch it with him.
This and the Elmo’s Potty Time DVD are our favorites.

Contrast with the Sesame Street Counting 1-2-3 DVD with Ernie, which is acceptable but annoying to watch with our son. I’m happy when he picks this one out to watch.

My 17 month old son loves this DVD. We have a few others but this one by far has kept his interest and he really has learned about up/down, fast/slow, open/close. We got this DVD two months ago. Earlier in July we went camping with a bunch of family & friends. A couple of the older (3-6 Yr olds) made a see-saw from a 2×4 piece of wood laid over a big round log. My son was entranced. He kept asking for “up/down” and pointing at the see-saw. Now he walks around and say ‘Up. Down.” as he squats and stands. Too cute. I highly recommend this DVD

Great intro to the opposite theme, up/down, slow/fast, open/closed. My son loves it and says up/down whenever he hears someone say either word. Elmo is a great introducer of concepts.

I bought this DVD for my twin 2 year-olds who LOVE Elmo. They thoroughly enjoyed it, and they love to watch it over and over again. Its also a great learning tool. I’m glad I bought it.
