Just once it would be great to see the killer escape the team just once to see them as human
Great show except for the hollywood endings

I enjoy this weekly series. It is a team of FBI agents who are called to various sections of the country to solve significant murder cases, especially serial murder cases. I like all the characters, especially Garcia the computer hacking whiz FBI agent. Joe Mantegna replaced Mandy Patinkin and it works for me. Both are strong actors and easily made themselves stand out in the cast. I also like the stiff FBI head agent, Hodge, the young genius PHD and the black male agent. The two other women have the least effect on me and I can’t say I’d really miss either of them. I think this series may have too many characters so it really makes these two superfluous. I’d eliminate them. All the stories were good this season and the season closer was especially strong. It was quite gruesome and probably their very worst case. The reason this doesn’t reach five stars is that the British do this same type of show but they do it better. This is because they go for reality over the sentimental and the moralistic. Watch WIRE IN THE BLOOD from the UK and compare it to this show. Right away you can spot just how much grittier and realistic the UK show is. An American series, and this is a prime example of one, always has more of a Disney patina to it regardless of which studio made the series. We in America rarely can resist adding schmaltz, sentimentality and morals to our tv series. The British are made of sterner stuff, as they say.

I put a review on here but I guess it didn’t go through. This season of Criminal Minds seems to be a knockoff. The video and sound quality is poor compared to the other three seasons I have watched. However, the shipping was fast.
