So much for ‘stress relief’- the lady who does this video is all over the place- like three poses every 5 seconds. Not for beginners that for sure.

I think I would like this DVD but in certain areas it skips and sometimes it completely stops. I have tried cleaning it, but nothing has helped. I don’t know the amazon return/replacement policy.
