I tried this for a few days and its way too fast paced… then i tried jillian michaels and it was much easier. I am a little overweight and p90x is very hard. Dont waste your money….find another product btw you also dont have to buy there equipment u can get it at walmart. I personally dont like the YOGA on here I am not bendie. its LONG too about 60 minutes. I would say pass on it if u can. I also want to say i have a shin spint and lower back problems this would not be the DVD for you if you have any problems like that

VERY VERY DISAPOINTED Was Xmas Gift for daughter (THOUGHT THE 13 DVD’S WAS new) CERTAINLY OVERPAID FOR WHAT I GOT. missing book on how to use and missing one tape! I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN BUT DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. Please help with either refund or send the book and tape that is missing!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy from this person!!! I did have a problem with a DVD and the seller did send me a new one but then I have a problem with to move DVD’s and the seller has never replied!!!
