Wild Cats – The Complete Series

Jim Lee fans…your wait is over. This art box contains the complete series in a collectible art box. 10,000 years ago, amidst a war that spanned millennia, the Kherubim and Daemonites crashed on the planet Earth. While the Kherubim assimilated, the Daemonites carried their plans of domination underground, until which time they could resurface and conquer not only Earth… but the entire galaxy. Now… the time has come, necessitating the Kherubim and their descendants to emerge, mobilize and form the Covert Action Teams (WildC.A.T.S). Their mission: to fight the evil Daemonite forces and ensure the safety and sovereignty of the planet. Watch how it begins and ends as Warblade, Zealot, Grifter, Spartan, Voodoo, Maul, and Void go head to head with Lord Helspont and the evil Daemonites to determine the fate of the universe.

“I actually bought the comics from Image, and followed the series until major changes were made. (All original characters left the story, and I didn’t like the new team, nor the new writing.)”

Then you missed some truly great comics, and the original characters never really left. That WildCATs run by Alan Moore and Travis Charest, along with the James Robinson and Travis Charest issues that immediately preceded it, was not only brilliant but was also what originally introduced me to Alan Moore in the first place. See if you can find the WildCATs: Homecoming and WildCATs: Gang War trade paperbacks somewhere. I think one of them might be out of print now, but they are both pretty damn sweet and well worth the money.

Oh yeah and X-MEN SUX!!!!!! WILDCATS RULZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!OMG!!!!!!!!!11!!1!111!!!!

It’s as if the writers of 80s He-Man teamed up with the animators of 80s GI Joe and decided to rip off 90s X-Men.

hey people i remember this show from when i was a kid and loved it but missed the last episodes. now that its on DVD i really want to buy it but i hate cancelled shows so i ask, is this show complete or was it cut off on a cliffhanger? if this series is complete then im definetly buying. i might add, i started to collect the comics after watching the show but like someone said earlier, after they changed all the characters it just lost the spark to me.
