My kids loved it, they’re 4, 6, and 9. This full-length version was okay.
But I loved the 4D version at Legoland California.

Our hero Clutch Powers has his hands full keeping his minions (including some zany ones) together in this epic battle of the good guys versus the bad guys. The story line is well-crafted and interlaced with really neat kid-like humor, fun interplay between the characters, many heart-stopping challenges confronted and overcome, and exciting, fast-paced action. The kids absolutely loved it. Huge grins on their faces the whole time.
Fantastic stuff. My wife and I enjoyed it as well. Good clean LEGO fun.
My eldest (6 yrs.) now describes yesterday as “The day Clutch Powers came out…”
A new LEGO legend may have just been born. Highly recommended.

Loved this movie. I have twin five year old boys who loved it as well. Growing up on LEGO it was nice to see all the little inside jokes and references to other films for adults – but for my kids who constantly play with LEGO – it was equally entertaining. All they want to do is play Clutch Powers now when they’re building with their bricks. I hope they come out with the toys to follow the film. The animation was also quite good, far superior to anything I’ve seen as a direct to video. Highly recommend.

Older brickheads and young Lego enthusiasts alike will have a blast with this highly enjoyable LEGO adventure on DVD. My son had a grand time spotting his toys amongst the action of the overall superb animation (especially the backgrounds). The story is fun and jumps around the LEGO universe in a ridiculous fashion, the humour is overall perfect for the age group this is aimed at and fun for those still young at heart. The feature presentation is well worth the admission price but for another awesome experience check out the 6 min stop motion Space Police mini movies in the extras it is really cool and fun to watch the actual toys come to life in a way that my son and I have attempted on our own with the PS3s eye movie software. The kiddies are gonna hit the repeat button on this one, a must buy for the brick clicker in your house.
