The TV is fine. I had researched the set well and I did a search on Amazon and up came a page with the TV and a price about $200 less than the local store. The purchase was through a third party dealer. A few days later I looked up the tv again on Amazon, and it was $300 less. I emailed Amazon about the price change, and I received a boiler plate response that said I chose to purchase the tv from a third party instead of Amazon, and I should contact them with any concerns. So the moral of the story is to be careful when searching Amazon. Unless you like to pay inflated prices, of course. My bad.

I ordered this product on 3/9. My “Delivery estimate: March 15, 2010 – March 18, 2010″. On 3/13 I had not heard anything & the item was still marked as not shipped so I contacted the seller. They did not respond to my email. On 3/16 I tried again as they now had 2 days left to deliver in the window & it was still marked as not shipped. I finally got a response email stating it was on back order. Finally on 3/17 I emailed them to cancel the order as there was no way they would get it to me by 3/18. They canceled the order & did not respond.
Point here: If you order from Home Theater Store, don’t do so for customer service. You just might sit waiting for your product to arrive then 10 days later place your order all over again with someone else.
Another point: I ordered the SquareTrade Warranty along with this TV. When I emailed them explaining I was not receiving the TV, they immediately responded & refunded my money. They then called me to thank me for the business. I will purchase from SquareTrade next time I purchase a TV via Amazon.

I bought this TV about 2 months ago. Everything is great, and I have no complains. There is only one problem, and here is how to fix it. I connected the TV using HDMI. One day all of my HDMI inputs stop working. The rest of the inputs worked fine, and all of my receivers worked if connected to other inputs or other TV’s. If you have this problem, unplug the TV from the wall for a minimum of 5 minutes. With the TV still unplugged, push and hold the power button in the TV for one minute. Plug the TV again and everything should work fine. This problem has only happened once.
