We brought our Samsung less than 2 years ago and it is already broken. The estimate for repair is almost $900, needless to say we are buying a new tv and it will not be a Samsung. Customer support was not helpful and have given us no compensation. If you do buy a Samsung buy an extended warranty as there is no quality control and the tv could stop working at any time.

This product failed quickly (dots multiplying on product). Samsung would do nothing about it and it is a $500 plus repair! I will never buy Samsung again

I would have given this tv a 5 star rating but I haven’t owned it long enough. This is my first LCD tv and it has lived up to it’s ratings. I can’t find anything wrong with it at this point.

it is not as sharp in hd as i thought. maybe because it isn’t a led. the speakers need more base.

This item arrived cracked so we refused delivery. Amazon will not issue our refund for another month. Their customer service emails state that they need to inspect the item before issuing refund. This seems outrageous to me since I never took possession of the item. Amazon seems to imply that they won’t issue the refund unless they are satisfied with the returned item, but in fact I am not returning the item since I never took possession of it.
