Does what I expected it to do. No complaints. Not a stunning piece of technology, so hard to heap praise on it, but it functions as best it should. It was overpackaged and should have shipped for less money, though.

since there was some confusion for others- this is a 1/4 inch stereo cable to 1/8 inch headphone sized jack. that is a bigger sized plug and a smaller sized hole.

it works perfect. and i got great customer service from beach audio.

the only bad thing is the shipping, and it is really bad. it came in the mail atleast a week late. it took almost 3 weeks when most things arrive from amazon in under one week so i should have just gone to radio shack and saved the shipping cost since the shipping was a dollar more than the item which made the total cost 5.50. that alone makes it worth not buying on amazon.

I needed an adapter to connect my headphones (which have a larger plug) into my keyboard (which has a smaller socket.) After spending a good deal of time pondering whether to buy the “1/4 to 1/8″ or “1/8 to 1/4,” as I could find pictures of neither of them, and the description doesn’t really make sense if you’re not technologically literate (“Permits use of any full-size stereo headphone to a stereo mini-corder” What’s a stereo headphone? and what’s a stereo mini-corder? 1/4″ to 1/8″? But in what direction?) I bought both of them, and found out that I needed the 1/8 to 1/4. so I wasted $2, but now no one else has to wonder this. So I’m sure this plug does what it is supposed to, but I guess I’ll neve know.

this company charges $4.99 for shipping which is absolutely ridiculous, considering postage can’t be much more than $1! I didn’t realize this when I bought it because I bought a bunch of things at the same time. Should’ve just went to radio shack and bought one there.
