I was not sure about this product but bought it anyway. I needed a way to listen to my t.v. in the back yard. We have SIRUS on the t.v. and like to party out side with friends and family. I LOVE THEM (the speakers)!! I used them all over the house and outside while working. They sound realy good. The speakers work on batterys or plug in to outlet, We can use them anywhere.

I bought this product as a complement to my Logitech Squeezebox, which utilizes my powerful stereo and is excellent for listening to music. It’s a hassle to use it to listen to NPR and I never figured out how to use it with Windows Media Player, so thus the purchase. I bought 2 for my living room and one for my bathroom. The Audio Unlimited speakers were a snap to set up and the single speaker I mounted in my bathroom uses the batteries and I get very long life out of the NiMH C cells I loaded into it. Where the speakers fall short is in listening to music – they lack depth, bass, and volume. So I use them exclusively for listening to voice broadcasts, which they perform well.

What a great product. These speakers absolutely rock. They sound great, they are simple to use and they never miss a beat. I’ve had wireless speakers before and after standing on your head for a half hour to “tune them in” after about twenty minutes they need to be retuned. I’ve had these speakers running all day long and have never had to touch them again. I have them mounted in my gazebo with two simple screws each and they can be heard almost anywhere in my yard. Use them with batteries or plug them into a wall outlet, either works just fine.

These speakers work very well. I like that I can easily expand the transmitter package by buying as many of these as I need.

I have music playlists from Napster on my computer that I want to listen to in other rooms but running speaker wires would be impossible. These wireless speakers solve the problem very nicely.
I connected the transmitter to the computer, plugged the speakers into an AC outlet and turned on the music. Real easy. I’m no audiophile but I like what I’m hearing.
The only problem I’m finding is that the transmitter doesn’t pick up all audio signals. Napster and various online am/fm stations play fine but I can’t get signals from others such as AOL Radio or Pandora.
Still, a thumbs up from me
