I have not been able to use all of the functions of the recorder and have only used it so far as a DVD player, which is great.I have done tv recordings and it works great.

I just found and bought this player at Brand Smart for **$98.00** (not a referb). This is a good product but now a great product at this new price. What more can be said!

This was the best gift I gave for Christmas. Perfect for anyone who can’t watch a show when its on-and then you can record it to DVD. Lots of instructions, though. It will take some time before we master it.

My friend has this unit and he says it plays DIVX. I don’t see in the specs (unless I missed it)
Can anyone confirm this?
